This is a great collection of recordings from the early years of the Mills Brothers, from 1931 to 1948, with most being from the 1930's. The only instrument used on their early recordings was a single guitar, but they used their voices to produce the sounds of bass, a tuba and a trumpet. Any serious collector of the Mills Brothers should own this album.
